The beauty of the view, the nature around the house and the garden are just marvelous!Mirko’s home is a great place for vacation. The garden has many relaxing and sitting possibilities. The House was like the pictures, very clean and tidy. It has everything that you need and a beautiful decoration.
It was a beautiful experience for us to stay there a week and we can really recommend it.

La villa Moni est parfaite pour 6 personnes, très bien équipée et située au calme dans un paysage digne des peintres italiens. À distance de 8 km du centre de Pesaro, dans les collines, nous avons pu sans difficulté explorer les provinces de Pesaro-Urbino, Ancône et Macerata et faire une excursion en Émilie Romagne à la découverte de Ravenne et Rimini. Le festival Rossini de Pesaro était le motif de notre destination et bien que sous un format réduit cette année, il nous a enchanté et nous a permis de découvrir cette région d’Italie peu courue des touristes français.

Sicuramente la Villa è ben curata e ci ha permesso di trascorrere 10 giorni in pieno relax. Ideale per 2 famiglie con bambini consente di vivere il mare comunque vicino e di apprezzare la comodità di una villa con giardino. Una nota di merito per i due bagni molto curati e completi di tutto.

We really loved Villa Moni and would recommend it.
We were greeted by the host who oriented us to the house. There was some homemade jam and olive oil from the host’s olive trees. This was a nice touch. The house was spacious and had an interesting decor. It was bright and had many windows for enjoying the views and to let in the breezes.

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refunds if you cancel 14 days before check-in.

At Villa Moni guests are treated as if they were friends, to whom we entrust the house in its entirety. We expect from them that there is the utmost respect for the house and its surroundings. We will do our best to make our guests feel at home.

The Villa is equipped with every comfort, furnished with great care; has quiet, spacious and relaxing bedrooms. A large garden full of tall trees, olive trees and fruit trees, surrounds the property.
Villa Moni, although close to the sea and the inhabited center of Pesaro and Fano, is the perfect getaway for resting and tranquility. You can appreciate every now and then the sound in the distance of some agricultural machine that works the land, reminding you that the neighborhood is still what it used to be, peasants dedicated to the cultivation of vineyards, orchards and olive groves, wheat and seasonal vegetables.
Marche is a rich and fascinating territory, between sea and countryside. Pesaro is ideal for the family in search of tranquility, excursions on foot or with bikes, visiting medieval villages, unspoiled nature and eco-sustainable movement, and also, of course, for the good food. Suitable also for young lovers of the beach, trekking and fun. Perfect for who want to spend the holiday away from the city in relaxation and peace.
